Rowdefield Farm


Rowdefield Farm is 400 hectares with a range of arable crops and an extensive conservation programme. There are a range of interesting environmental features including Roundway Down SSSI designated for its wildlfower grassland. Also this is an important historically with Olivers Castle, a small hill fort and Civil War site, a barrow burial mound and the site of a Roman Bath House also falls within the farm. Schools may also wish to view the farm machinery, grain drier as well as a range of small animals.



How to book
The farm is open for seasonal visits. All visits are free and must be pre-booked.
