Yattendon Estate is 3643 hectares, a family owned estate, divided between in-hand farms, let farms and small holdings, woodlands, Christmas tree areas and grazing.
Various crops are grown and Frilsham Home Farm dairy is home to a world class 550 cow dairy unit. British White cattle, are kept in the parkland and are regularly shown at agricultural shows. The dairy and Christmas tree enterprise are particularly popular with schools.
The estate hosts visits along with the Pang Valley Countryside Project and West Berkshire Education Partnership, which hold a two week primary Citizenship event each year.
How to book
The farm is open all round year and all visits must be pre-booked.
