
Binley Farm, near Andover is 340 hectares and grows wheat, barley, oil seed rape and opium poppies, for specialist markets. There is a small private shoot and work is being undertaken to improve the conservation value of the farm. There is an extensive fruit and vegetable garden, which is available for visiting groups.
Hampshire Country Learning organises curriculum linked Countryside Days for schools on farm estates. Twilight briefing sessions are available before the open days along with support materials. To find out when this estate day is, log on to website below or contact Jo Britton.
