
Chilton Manor Farm, near Alfresford is a mixed farm with sheep and arable crops. Children can see sheep, lambing, shearing and sheep dogs working. As well as crops, machinery, hands on activities include grinding flour and making bread. There is an 11th century church and bluebell woods where children get to be animal detectives and can try orienteering and map reading.
